Servers have issues, browsers update and bugs pop up out of nowhere all the time. Our long term support plan is designed to allow our team to be much more accessible for small changes and quick diagnosis of issues on the site. In addition, we want to extend our discounted hourly rate for any changes, features or bug fixes that take longer than the development hours on your support plan.
Here, on our updates page, we’ll provide alerts for any known global issues and will update you as we know more information. Our goal is to communicate with you as much as we can even though some things are out of our hands.
