Development hours will be used for tasks that require work beyond the maintenance of the website. These tasks can include updating a page, making CSS changes, or changing links or images. These tasks will be used toward the development hours that you have on your plan. Development hours can not be used for editing plugins or writing custom plugins for a website, or designing a new section of a website.
Currently, each support plan has dedicated development hours per month. If you have a task that requires more hours than are currently on your plan, you can either wait until the next month when you have more hours or purchase a block of development hours. We group development hours into 5 hour blocks.
The discount hourly rate or discount for overages applies to the “premium” and “professional” support plans. The “premium” will be 10% off additional hours that are purchase and the “professional” plan will be discounted at 20%. We offer additional development hours in 5 hour blocks. Our standard rate is $150/hr and these discounts will be applied to those hour blocks. For example an additional block of hours on the “essential” plan would cost $750, on “premium” it would be $675, and on theĀ professional” it would be $600.
We strive to get back to your queries as soon as possible. Due to some moments of high demand we have set the response time based on the support tier that you are on. For the essential plan we respond within 72 hours. For the premium plan our average response time is within 48 hours, and for the professional plan our average response time is within 24 hours.
The monthly analytics report with have a breakdown of information from your google analytic account. This could include bounce rate, what page gets the most traffic, demographic information, ect. This report will also include the performance check and the broken link check.
Great! We highly encourage our clients to have additional resources to help with the site. That being said, we do require that all code changes be reviewed and deployed by our support team. This ensures that security and quality standards are met and that the health of site is good. If your developer does, inadvertently, cause downtime or require our team to investigate, you will be subject to our emergency time & materials rate of $200/hour.
